Established in 2001 by Chartered Architect John Cotorceanu, EBM has answered the bourgeoning need of Owners Corporations and Strata Managers for a competent and trustworthy single point of contact on-site to coordinate and protect the interests of all owners.
EBM aims to provide the strata and stratum environments with efficient on-site building management systems and procedures interfacing between owners corporations, building management committees and third parties in an effort to "build value" for the owners, minimise down-time and instill a culture of harmony and community.
