Accountability and KPIs

As part of our contractual obligation to an Owners Corporation and our provision of first class building and facility management services, Excel Building Management has established a range of key performance indicators which help to provide measurable outcomes, data and information for Owners to understand the performance of a building manager and make judgements based on that performance.

We believe accountability is important and as such strive to achieve this accountability by establishing proper processes and procedures to ensure that all information is properly managed.  Excel Building Management builds in its key performance indicators into contracts to ensure that you as an owner are obtaining value for money.  Internal company KPIs also ensure that staff maintain a high standard of performance.
