The Responsibilities and Skills include:
  1. Supervision of contractors for preventative maintenance and repair works
  2. Contract administration and the formulation of preventative maintenance programs
  3. Assistance with budgets
  4. Familiarity with By Laws and residential strata environment
  5. Approving and processing of invoices from contractors and consultants
  6. Excellent communication skills with a variety of people and a high level of personal presentation
  7. Organising and overseeing statutory requirements such as annual fire certification
  8. Managing the security access control software and updating databases.
  9. Good organisational skills and administrative ability
Salary Range: $55,000 - $60,000
Full-time position.
