15-19 Boundary Street Rushcutters Bay

This site comprises of 2 buildings nestled in the junction of Rushcutters Bay, Darlinghurst and Paddington. One of the buildings, the Block, is a remodelled existing warehouse-style building that contains 92 residential lots and 5 commercial lots specialising in furnishings and fabrics.

The new building, Lexington, 51 residential lots, has split level apartments based upon the concept of cross flow ventilation minimising the need for air conditioning.  The buildings are separated by a large landscaped courtyard with an interlinked 2 level subterranean car park. Award winning architects Allen Jacques and Cottier were responsible for the design with Richard Crookes as builders.
