Grant has been with Excel Building Management for almost 4 years, bringing with him a wide range of well cultivated skills from his previous building management position at The York and Medina Serviced Apartments. With a strong mind for organisation combined with creative management skills, Grant took on the position of Senior Building Manager at Pacific Square - a large multi-strata complex in Maroubra. His strong team oriented approach to building management coupled with his excellent ability to organise the tendering process as part of Excel Building Management's Preventative Maintenance Matrix system has helped to establish a successful Routine Maintenance and Preventative Maintenance system. |
