Team Selection and Networking

Through our network, Excel Building Management is capable of sourcing a number of on-site candidates with personal profiles and skills that will match those demanded by the duties called for by the property.

Our standard process is to:

  • Discuss in detail the education, experience and characteristics required by you
  • Review the curriculum vitae of the team members available
  • Select the most appropriately qualified and submit them to you so that we are both satisfied with the match between person and task

We attribute the success of individual sites and the growth of our company overall in large measure to the care taken in the assignment of on-site staff. EBM encourages a united team approach amongst all staff members. We do this by having periodic meetings to sort through ideas and formulate better ways of managing buildings. Building Managers may also interact daily with peers and management via telephone and email for assistance if required. We realise that we are stronger as a unit than as individuals and use this concept to the advantage of all.
