Training is a key element of maintaining expertises and value. Excel Building Management prides itself on its capabilities to provide training and its constant desire to increase staff knowledge so as to benefit owners and residents in the longer term.
Excel Building Management offer various training modules to our staff, and building owners. Through our various networks of resources we are able to offer training solutions designed specifically to meet the requirements of the site. OH&S, Fire & Emergency Evacuation, Strata Management, legal issues and trade practises are just some of the training courses offered.
Standard Practice Manuals
Since its inception, EBM has studiously pursued the goal of providing just such "seamlessness" by accumulating its experience across some twenty individual buildings, to date, in a series of Standard Practice Manuals.
Each site has its own individuality. Each site therefore requires its own Building Management Manual - incorporating all of the practices and procedures germane to its own operations - including the practices and procedures of the service providers.
Company Support
Routine assistance and training for on-site staff will be provided by means of periodic visits by senior management and provision of templates by EBM. Meetings and networking with peers and senior management provide additional support.

Our goal is that our health and safety objectives be effectively communicated, understood and implemented in a consistent manner across all our sites. We place the utmost importance on health and safety awareness programs and strive to continue to improve our safety and performance standards.
Safety in the workplace and for all building users is paramount. With this in mind, a comprehensive OH&S guide for staff is implemented and potential hazards on-site identified and recorded for resolution. Coordination of essential and non-essential services is made for certification and insurance requirements to ensure statutory compliance.
